Irene Hayden, retired from the medical field, and professional personal training who enjoys sharing her health and fitness knowledge through exercise, nutrition, and herbal remedies.
Our physical bodies, where our spirit resides, can be referred to as our temple. With Love and appreciation for our beautiful bodies that carries, us and serves us so well. Why not create and maintain a healthy body in appreciation for all the wonders of our being.
It’s True “No Two Bodies Are Alike” Therefore this exercise program is designed to fit your current fitness level by using different variations of exercises.
What to expect in this exercise class is to increase your mobility and range of motion, balance and flexibility, improve posture and circulation.
This class will include a low intensity warm up, gentle stretching and strengthening exercise while focusing on balance and posture.
We will end our session feeling energized and relaxed by practicing self-healing energy with gentle Qi Gong movements accompanied by soothing music.
This Exercise program can be done while seated in chairs, or standing by a chair for balance, or standing without support.
