SECRETS OF THE ESSENES, Thursday January 20th, 7 to 9pm
Except for a few scholars of ancient history, no one had heard of the Essenes until the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered in 1947. You will learn from National Speaker Ed Foote how the Essenes first began in ancient times, how they progressed to develop their temple and followers at Mt. Carmel.
You will learn about Judy - the Essene teacher of young Jesus. Ed will share little known information about the birth of Jesus, and the ideals held by the Essene members.
So much of this class information provides valuable insight about how we can deal with the politics and powers of today.
